Any promotion for ‘Free Returns’ or 'Free Returns Over X amount' is valid for orders placed while these offers are active.

Standard Returns Policy

If you have received goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return the goods to us for a full refund.
Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging with tags attached, within 28 days of receipt, to the Returns Department address below. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If you wish to return goods you consider to be faulty please contact us by email to before you send your return item. If we are able to confirm that the item is faulty we will refund the cost of the return postage.

Sale Items policy: All sale goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached.

Here is how to return an item:
1. Please pack the items you wish to return and enclose a note indicating the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please include either your online order reference or the email address used when your order was placed as this will assist us to locate your order and process your refund.

2. Take the parcel to a Post Office. We advise you to obtain a (free) Certificate of Postage, which should be retained until the refund is processed.

3. Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
